Meet Tammy
Tammy Bond
The RE Agent 007
Tammy was first introduced to the intricacies of real estate as a young child. Her father is a carpenter and some of her earliest memories with him include loud power tools and the smell of saw dust as he rehabbed houses. Her interest in real estate was piqued ever since.
Tammy graduated from the University of Maryland University College, where she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. Her education has helped her run 2 small businesses as well as work with a non-profit organization in Maryland called Stepping Stones Shelter.
In 2011, she became a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland. At that time, she worked mainly with investors, who were buying properties to fix and flip, and some of them were buying to hold for rental income. That was a great experience, it taught her to think outside the box.
Tammy moved to the Jacksonville area in the summer of 2013. Since that time, she has enjoyed making St. Johns County her home. She became a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida in 2017. She enjoys working with first time home buyers, and families with children. It is fun to watch the joy on their faces on closing day! Helping a person (or family) sell their home and either move up or downsize as their family life changes. She plans to be available to her clients through all the stages of their lives. Making sure that their biggest asset is meeting their ever-changing needs. Tammy's experience as a Realtor has taught her the importance of being a great listener, being diligent, and being compassionate. It has also taught her the art of negotiation.
In 2002, she officially became a “Bond” when she married her husband John. She’s been "007" ever since. Together they have 2 beautiful children - a daughter and a son! In her down time, you can find Tammy hanging out with her family and friends, taking long walks, or volunteering at her church!
